I have had my machine for about two years & it is a gem. The butter is potent & aromatic. Many happy people around here have enjoyed my ginger snaps. I recommend a second pair of thick rubber gloves & a strainer with a handele to place in the bowl with spout. I make it in 2 cup containers & freeze it.

I ordered a bowl attachment for my dad and they refunded me the money for it but later found the mislabeled boxes and went ahead and gifted it to me for the confusion. Too notch customer service!! Thanks!!
